McMyco Chaga Powder
Make your own chaga tea
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) grows on birch trees in the coldest regions of the world: Siberia, Scandinavia and Canada. On the outside it is pitch black and cracked, while on the inside it is golden brown. That is why it is also known as 'black gold'. In Russia and Scandinavia, chaga has been drunk as tea for centuries.
Strictly speaking, chaga is not a mushroom, but a sclerotium: a hard mass that grows slowly on living birch trees for years. During World War II, Finnish soldiers even used chaga as a substitute for coffee.
With this powder, you can make traditional chaga tea in no time: add one teaspoon to hot water, let it steep for a while and enjoy the mild, slightly vanilla-like flavour. It is also delicious in coffee or chai latte.
Why choose this chaga powder?
- Full-spectrum extract (water and ethanol)
- 35% polysaccharides
- Organic and vegan
- 200 grams: more than four months' supply at one teaspoon per day
